Boka and Bristol Groups Name Upcoming Steakhouse in Google Building

The Boka Restaurant Group and the team from The Bristol (B. Hospitality Co.) have decided on a name for their upcoming "meat-centric" restaurant: Armour & Swift. The name is an apropos nod to Chicago's meatpacking history.  It's an homage to two of Chicago's trailblazing meatpackers, Philip Danforth Armour and Gustavus Franklin Swift, who Boka partner Kevin Boehm says are "two pioneers of the of the meatpacking district in Chicago—and maybe the whole country."
