Law firm plots growth in new West Loop office tower

After outgrowing its Loop offices, law firm Polsinelli has a long-term home in a tower under construction in the West Loop. The Kansas City, Mo.-based firm said it signed a 13-year lease to move to about 112,000 square feet in a riverside tower being built by Chicago developer John O'Donnell. Polsinelli's announcement confirms a Crain's report in November that it was finalizing a deal in the 1.2 million-square-foot tower at 150 N. Riverside Plaza. O'Donnell broke ground in July on the 53-story project between Randolph and Lake streets along the Chicago River. Read More...
