Tenants signed leases this month for a combined 73,000 square feet at 500 W. Madison St., boosting the office building's occupancy to 95 percent, according to Houston-based Transwestern Commercial Services, which handles leasing there. The 40-story West Loop tower, formerly known as Citigroup Center, was 93 percent leased when Newport Beach, Calif.-based KBS Capital Advisors bought it a year ago for $425 million.
