A Chicago restaurant veteran is looking to run a little rum into Restaurant Row. Nils Westlind, who has held managerial posts at River North's Parliament and West Loop's Nellcote, plans to open a Latin American restaurant and rum bar at 738 W. Randolph St. called Ronero. “I'm doing a rum bar that is all about the South American aspect of living, and just kind of Little Havana, Miami, meets Cuba meets rum-runner era,” Westlind said....
