Sterling Bay's $260 million project in the West Loop includes a pair of 20- and 19-story office buildings that will generate an $11.4 million payment into the Neighborhood Opportunity Bonus system, 10 percent of which will be earmarked for the new West Loop library branch. The complex will create 780 construction jobs and support up to 5,800 permanent jobs once fully leased.
