Mondelez, which makes everything from Oreos and Triscuits to Trident gum, is relocating its headquarters and more than 400 employees to Chicago's Fulton Market District from Deerfield. The international snack-maker will take up residence in a five-story building being built at 905 W. Fulton Market in April 2020, according to a press release. The former meatpacking district emerged first as a dining scene and more recently as a hub for corporate headquarters, thanks to Google's 2015 debut of a shiny new Chicago outpost there.
