Less than 15 months after completing a big apartment building in the West Loop, Related Midwest is teaming up with another developer to build even more apartments next door. Chicago-based Related Midwest has filed a proposal with the city for a 26-story, 351-unit tower at 1061 W. Van Buren St., just west of Landmark West Loop, a 300-unit building the developer finished in fall 2017. Pizzuti, a Columbus, Ohio-based developer, proposed a 432-unit high-rise there nearly five years ago but never got the project off the ground. Read More....
