Greektown Loft Office Buildings Sell For $14 Million

Loft office landlord Urban Innovations Ltd. paid $14 million for two Greektown buildings, a sign that it's getting tougher to find good deals in River North, the firm's home turf. Urban Innovations bought the buildings at 833 W. Jackson Blvd. and 322 S. Green St. last month from Wells Fargo N.A., which took them over through a bankruptcy auction last year, Cook County records show. The Chicago-based landlord paid $1.3 million above the list price for the buildings, which are separated by a parking lot and comprise about 151,000 square feet.  Read More....
