A First Look at Tete Charcuterie

We've got more details about Tete Charcuterie, set to open in November at 1114 W. Randolph St.  It will, as the name suggests, have a focus on meats and sausages. But there will be more.  Co-executive chefs Thomas Rice and Kurt Guzowski, along with partner Daniel Goodman, have been working on the project on and off for more than a year but have focused solely on Tete since March after they secured the space on the city's hot Restaurant Row.  Read More....
