Ina's, the trailblazer for restaurants on West Randolph Street, is preparing to leave the trendy dining area that has sprung up around it at the end of this year, making way for a Lou Malnati's Pizzeria. Chef and owner Ina Pinkney has sold the building and parking lot at 1235 W. Randolph St. She struck a deal with Marc Malnati, owner of Northbrook-based Malnati Organization Inc., who plans an outpost for the deep-dish chain created by his father. Read More...
