London-based Soho House will open its newest private club and hotel, Soho House Chicago, in August, it announced yesterday. Located in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood, the club will have 40 guest rooms, two restaurants, a bar, a spa and salon, a 12,000-square-foot fitness center, a 40-seat screening room, an 80-foot rooftop swimming pool and a Club Floor featuring a private drawing room, pantry bar, club bar and restaurant for members and guests.
