LGN Group, the team behind Stout Barrel House and Cedar Hotel, once again has its sights on the West Loop. Michael Bisbee and Tim Hendricks announced plans in late 2012 for a pizza-focused restaurant with an on-site brewery with a summer 2013 opening. That date came and went, as did Chris Curren, the original chef attached to the project. Now the team is building out an industrial-looking spot at Green Street near Washington for Parlor Pizza Bar, with aims to open in early May — without the brewery or Mr. Curren. Read More...
