After landing William Blair & Co. as his anchor tenant last year, developer John O'Donnell now has nearly $300 million in construction financing to build his planned riverfront office tower in the West Loop. A group of lenders provided a $296 million loan to finance the 53-story, 1.2-million-square-foot office tower already under construction at 150 N. Riverside Plaza, according to RBS Citizens N.
