In the latest sign of life in the West Loop condo market, a pair of developers has pre-sold 20 percent of a 60-unit project. The Boulevard at Green, at Jackson Boulevard and Green Street, is to include 50 three-bedroom single-story condominiums and 10 penthouse duplexes with four or five bedrooms. Listing prices start at $749,900 for single-story condominiums and $1.5 million for the duplexes. A development group led by Patrick O'Flaherty of Foxford Construction and George Nugent of Kilkee Builders has presold 12 units, according to Michael Battista of @properties, the project's broker.
