The Mill, a London-based visual effects and design firm, is moving its Chicago office to the Fulton Market area from River North, a company spokeswoman said. The firm is moving into 22,000 square feet in an empty four-story building at 310 N. Peoria St. owned by Chicago-based D2 Realty Services. “Our studio's been really well received. Effectively we've just outgrown it,” the spokeswoman said of the Mill's current space at 54 W.
