Fast-growing health-food chain Freshii plans to open its 24th restaurant late this summer in a new West Loop development called the Madison at Racine. Pending city approval, construction of the 1,600-square-foot, 25-seat quick-service restaurant should begin in July, said David Grossman, president of Fresh Food Management, the company that owns and operates Freshii in Chicago.
