Nearly a year ago, David Posey left his position running Blackbird's kitchen to begin working toward his own restaurant. Yesterday, Posey announced via Instagram that he had taken possession of the space that will hold that restaurant. "Key to our new building. Time to build a restaurant!!" Posey posted. The as-yet-unnamed restaurant, which won't open until some point in the first half of 2016, will be located on the corner of Randolph and Ada streets in West Town. Read More...
