Inspired by William Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream," a new wine bar is now under construction on Randolph. Sommelier Tom Powers plans to open The Lunatic, The Lover & The Poet, a two-story modern wine bar at 736 W. Randolph St. in November, a spokesman confirmed this week.
