Building proposed across from Google's new offices

A Chicago lawyer plans to build a three-story building across the street from Google's soon-to-open Midwest headquarters in the Fulton Market district. Joe Bisceglia, a partner at Jenner & Block who is chairman of the firm's real estate and construction litigation practice, will seek approval for the residential and retail project at 1001 W.
