Developers Plan Office/Retail Building Across From Google In Fulton Market

A Chicago developer will pitch plans for a new mixed-use building in Fulton Market Wednesday night, the latest proposal in the red hot neighborhood. Vequity aims to develop a new office building with ground floor retail/restaurant space at 1001 W. Fulton St., according to the West Loop Community Organization. The developer will present plans to the community at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Catalyst Ranch, 656 W. Randolph St. The proposed building would also include an accessible rooftop area. The lot at 1001 W.
