As a developer prepares to build the new Hoxton Hotel on Lake Street, plans for the hotel's restaurant and swanky rooftop pool have surfaced. Fulton Market developer Shapack Partners and London-based Ennismore are partnering to build the 12-story Hoxton Hotel at 832-850 W. Lake St. Demolition at the site, formerly home to Grant Park Packing and Vaia Inc. Auto Specialists, began this month.
