New Gastropub 'Fulton Market Co.' Now Open In The West Loop

There's a new gastropub in town. Called Fulton Market Co., the newcomer is located at 205 N Peoria St. (at Lake Street) in West Loop. Owned by Dimitri Anastos, the new spot offers "share-able plates, a laid back atmosphere, craft beers, and unique signature cocktails," according to the business website. The menu is billed as "American bar food, with a Mediterranean twist"—look for an expansive selection of small plates, from souvlaki and bacon-wrapped dates (both $9) to pepper crushed tuna ($12), charcuterie ($14), and lobster risotto ($15), along with cocktails and 24 brews on tap....
