Honeygrow Brings Stir-Frys And Cold-Pressed Juice To Fulton Market Friday

Honeygrow, a fast-casual stir-fry and salad chain, will open in Fulton Market on Friday, the company's first Chicago restaurant. The Philadelphia-based chain will celebrate the restaurant's opening at 179 N. Morgan St. Friday by giving the first 100 people in line a free meal, or diners can donate the price of their meal to non-profit Common Threads, a representative confirmed. Honeygrow will open at 10:30 a.m. next to burger giant Shake Shack and Do-Rite Donuts in the booming West Loop. Honeygrow's menu focuses on stir-frys, salads and cold pressed juices and offers a variety of vegan and gluten-free options. And the restaurant's build-your-own "honeybar" allows customers to create custom desserts using different kinds of honey and fruit.
