A European co-working company is joining the fray of shared office spaces in Chicago, setting up in the middle of one of the city's hottest neighborhoods. Amsterdam-based co-working provider Spaces has signed a 40,000-square-foot lease at a redeveloped building in the 900 block of West Randolph Street in the Fulton Market District. It's the company's first outpost in Chicago. The deal fills the office portion of 900 West at the corner of Randolph and Sangamon Street, part of a mixed-use redevelopment of a series of buildings that Highland Park-based Tucker Development bought two years ago on a row of trendy restaurants in the West Loop.
