The booming Fulton Market district in Chicago’s West Loop is getting another major office project. Located well within walking distance from Google’s Fulton Market outpost as well as the under-construction McDonald’s headquarters, the plan from Latsko Interests will see a 10-story masonry and glass building planted at 375 N. Morgan, the site of a notorious condo development which stalled out in 2005 and led to a corruption investigation within the city’s zoning department. Read More....
