Loukas Development broke ground on a 12-story luxury apartment building located at 808 W. Van Buren Ave. in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood. The 148-unit, mixed-use building will be completed in late 2018. It will offer convertibles and a mix of one and two bedroom units. Residents will enjoy a rooftop pool, landscaped outdoor gathering space, a community kitchen with a lounge and private workspaces on the 12th floor.
