The owners of a New York steakhouse that opened two years ago in Greenwich Village plan on opening its first location in Chicago, and fourth overall. Quality Eats will be the last restaurant to round out the corner at Fulton Market and Morgan Street, joining Swift & Sons, Cold Storage, La Sirena Clandestina, Next, and the Aviary. Quality Eats, which plans on opening in late 2018 to early 2019, will sit across the street from Swift & Sons, Boka Restaurant Group’s upscale steakhouse. Michael Stillman, founder of Quality Branded — the parent company of Quality Eats — described the restaurant as a “modern, young version of a steakhouse,” to the Tribune. Read More....
