A Chicago developer wants to build 166 apartments on Jackson Boulevard in the West Loop, undaunted by the increasingly crowded downtown multifamily market. LG Development presented plans for a 10-story building at 1220 W. Jackson Blvd. at a meeting last night hosted by a committee of the Neighbors of West Loop, a community group. LG would develop the project on a site currently occupied by a parking lot and low-rise building, which would be torn down, according to a video of the presentation posted on Facebook. Read More....
