New Yorkers propose nine-story office building in Fulton Market

A pair of New York investors have joined the herd of developers stampeding into the Fulton Market District, rolling out plans for a nine-story office building on the southern edge of the trendy neighborhood. A joint venture between RCG Longview and CLK Properties is seeking the city’s approval for the development at 1230 W. Washington Blvd., currently the site of a self-storage facility. The venture plans to keep an existing three-story vintage building at the corner of Washington and Willard Court and construct a glassy office building behind and alongside it. Read More....
