CDW moving downtown office to new West Loop tower

CDW is finalizing a deal to move its downtown office a few blocks west to anchor the newly built 20-story office tower at 625 W. Adams St., according to sources familiar with the agreement. The technology products company is poised to lease around 300,000 square feet at the building, which opened without any tenants in April but will be nearly full if the CDW lease is completed.
