Beloved West Loop Mainstay Wishbone Opens New Location on Friday

After leaving its West Loop home of more than 26 years earlier this month, the owners of Wishbone will open its new spot in the neighborhood on Friday after concluding friends and family services and private events this week. The full “best of” Southern-tinged menu, which will be served in the large space at 161 N. Jefferson Street that was previously home to Bin 36, is available below. A hot Eater 38 restaurant is gearing up to launch brunch service. Proxi, the more casual, global spot from the owners of Sepia in the West Loop, will serve Saturday and Sunday brunch with unique spins on micheladas, kimchi fried rice, Vietnamese iced coffee and more beginning November 10.
