West Loop’s Getting an Italian Beef Favorite to Replace Harold’s Chicken Shack

West Loop eaters are getting one of Chicago’s most popular Italian beef spots soon to replace one of the city’s top fried chicken chains. Buona Beef will open just its third location in the city — and 24th overall — on November 24 at 804 W. Washington Boulevard with free sandwiches for everyone who’s in line for the 10 a.m. unveiling. The space — which was most recently home to a Harold’s Chicken Shack — seats 56 people and will have outdoor seating when the weather’s warmer. Take a look at a rendering of it above. Read More....
