Brendan Sodikoff opening supper club in Fulton Market

While many restaurants look outward to other countries and cultures for culinary inspiration, Hogsalt Hospitality owner Brendan Sodikoff (Au Cheval, Bavette’s, Green Street Smoked Meats), has found inspiration in our backyard for his next project. He’s planning to open a Midwest-inspired supper club at 112 N. Green St., toward the back of what he calls “Gin Alley,” named for the late entrepreneur Sue Gin, who owned Flying Food Group and the entire West Loop block. The new restaurant will join Green Street Smoked Meats and RM Champagne Salon in the cobblestone alley, which has a second entrance off of Peoria Street. Read More....
