WeWork's Chicago land grab is showing no sign of slowing as the co-working giant prepares to go public. In its fourth new downtown lease announced in the past five months, New York-based WeWork has signed a deal for nearly 90,000 square feet in a former industrial building in the Fulton Market District that is being redeveloped into offices and retail space, the property's owners said in a statement.
