13-Story Office Building Planned On South End Of West Loop Gets Key City Approval

Crayton Advisors is one step closer to expanding their collection of office buildings in West Loop after garnering key city approval for a new 13-story office building at the south end of the West Loop. On Tuesday, the Committee on Zoning unanimously approved plans for a 13-story office building at 308 S. Green St. The FitzGerald Associates Architects-designed building would include an office lobby, ground floor retail and 105 parking spaces. Read More....
