Developers To Pitch Plans For 2 New Hotels In West Loop This Week As Hotel Boom Continues

The developers behind two separate hotel proposals are hosting back-to-back community meetings this week in the West Loop. Chicago-based Marc Realty and New York-based DDG Partners are set to unveil plans for a 16-story Standard hotel at 1234 W. Randolph St. at a 6 p.m. meeting Tuesday at Catalyst Ranch, 656 W. Randolph St. The following day, at 6 p.m. Wednesday, North Park Ventures will pitch plans for a 23-story hotel at 800 W. Lake St., according to the West Loop Community Organization. Read More....
