Oreo-maker Mondelez International plans to open a public cafe at the base of its new Fulton Market headquarters that it says embodies the "makers and bakers spirit" of the snacks behemoth. Mondelez, whose move from Deerfield to Chicago's bustling former meatpacking district is scheduled for April 6, partnered with restaurant group 16" on Center to launch Good Ambler, which is slated to open this spring.
