Chicago has a history of local life sciences companies turning to other markets to grow and expand their research. Now one is bringing its lab operations to the city in a move that could signal a burgeoning biotech hub on the Near West Side. Xeris Pharmaceuticals has leased 11,000 square feet of lab space in a 14-story office building recently completed at 1375 W. Fulton Market, where it will relocate its research and development team later this year from San Diego, the company confirmed. Read More....
