A proposal to expand a luxury condo building in the West Loop received the green light from Chicago’s City Council on Wednesday. City officials approved Sulo Development’s plans to increase its previously approved condo building from nine to 15 stories at 19 N. May St. The enlarged, 186-foot building would bring 58 new units to the area, including two-, three-, and four-bedroom condos and penthouses. An amenity floor with a kitchen and lounge area, business center, fitness area, outdoor area, dog walk and storage also are part of the plan. Read More....
