The Plumbers Union (UA) Local 130 has obtained a $25 million building permit to construct a seven-story parking garage, the first stage of a project including a six story building at 1371 W. Randolph St. Specifically, the permit issued on May 14 says: “New construction of 7-story parking garage on caisson foundations. Building to include ground floor retail to be built out under separate permit. Site work includes surface parking lot.” Read More....
