Ald. Solis Set To OK 70 Condos Near Harpo Studios in the West Loop

A West Loop alderman plans to approve plans for 70 new condominiums to be developed across from Harpo Studios. Developer Belgravia Group presented plans to build a six-story, 77-foot-tall building on a large lot at Washington Boulevard and Aberdeen Street at a community meeting Wednesday night. Ald. Danny Solis (25th), who was not present at the meeting, will approve the plan, which includes 70 family-sized units and 77 parking spaces, said Nicole Wellhausen, the alderman's legislative aide.
