Noah Sandoval, the executive chef that led the shuttered Senza to two consecutive Michelin stars, is planning to open a tasting-course-only restaurant called Oriole in the West Loop this winter. Along with his wife, Cara Marie Sandoval, Senza's former front-of-house ace, and former Boka pastry chef Genie Kwon, Sandoval plans an intimate, 28-seat spot that will churn out 15 to 18 courses in a fixed menu that's expected to cost less than $200 per diner.
