Threadless is moving its headquarters to the Morgan Manufacturing building in the Fulton Market district of the West Loop, the latest in a series of changes for the innovative T-shirt maker. The company has signed a 10-year lease starting with 15,000 square feet in the building at 401 N. Morgan St., Chicago-based landlord MAB Capital Management said today. MAB is the real estate firm of restaurateur and entrepreneur Marc Bushala, who bought the 86,000-square-foot property in 2013.
