Proposed Fulton Market office development tweaks its design once again

A Fulton Market project that started its life on the drawing board as a four-story masonry office building and grew into a six-story design clad in steel and glass has changed its look one more time. Located at 1201 W. Lake—and aptly branded “Twelve01West” by its developer McCaffery Interests—the proposed West Loop building has recently opted for a more airy, glassy appearance while also tacking on another floor of rentable office space. The now seven-story proposal would replace a single-story commercial building with 135,000 square feet of offices plus 11,700 square feet of ground floor retail. Read More....
