A Fulton Market project that started its life on the drawing board as a four-story masonry office building and grew into a six-story design clad in steel and glass has changed its look one more time. Located at 1201 W. Lake—and aptly branded “Twelve01West” by its developer McCaffery Interests—the proposed West Loop building has recently opted for a more airy, glassy appearance while also tacking on another floor of rentable office space.
