Developers will pitch plans for a new 17-story mixed use building in the West Loop Wednesday night, the latest proposal in the red hot neighborhood. Crayton Advisors and White Oak Realty Partners aim to develop a 17-story building with 258 apartments at West Adams and South Peoria streets in the West Loop, according to a West Loop Community Organization notice.
