Another apartment developer is jumping into the Fulton Market frenzy. Marquette Cos. of Naperville plans a 263-unit building at the southwest corner of Lake and Ada streets, adding to the dynamic mix of office, hotel, retail and residential projects transforming the once industrial neighborhood.
