Judge dismisses lawsuit aiming to block West Loop condos

A judge this morning dismissed a West Loop condo board's lawsuit against the developers of a building under construction next door. Cook County Circuit Court Judge Pamela McLean Meyerson dismissed with prejudice the suit that the board of Monroe Manor filed last August to block construction of a 10-story, 79-unit condominium called Illume one door south at 111 S.
