City Mouse Opens For Dinner Wednesday In Fulton Market's Ace Hotel

The culinary team behind the always-packed Logan Square restaurant Giant have opened a new restaurant in Ace Hotel. Called City Mouse, the casual, all-day dining spot opens for dinner Wednesday night, a representative confirmed. The West Loop restaurant at 311 N. Morgan St. opened for brunch and lunch earlier this month. With Ace Hotel Chicago executive chef Pat Sheerin, Giant chefs Jason Vincent and Ben Lustbader will oversee the restaurant's food program, which focuses on seasonal ingredients and Midwestern fare.
