Big Fulton Market development site back on the market

After pulling a big development site in the Fulton Market neighborhood off the market, the property's owner has decided to give a sale another try. A group that owns the 46,400-square-foot parcel at 315 N. May St. has hired Newmark Knight Frank to sell the property, the former home of Climatemp, a heating and air conditioning firm. Climatemp is among a long line of businesses that have left the West Loop neighborhood as office, residential and hotel developers have moved in, pushing up property values and transforming the former meatpacking district into downtown Chicago's trendiest area. The property is two blocks west of Google's Midwest headquarters and about three blocks north of McDonald's future corporate offices. Read More....
