A nine-story condo project at 1111 W. Washington Boulevard in Chicago’s booming West Loop is ready for take-off. Located not far from the future McDonald’s corporate headquarters at 110 N. Carpenter, the Booth Hansen-designed development replaces a parking lot and two-story office building that were once part of Oprah’s Harpo Studios television production campus. Known as “Hayden West Loop,” the project landed a construction permit for its caisson-supported foundation. Read More....
